Speaking Volumes: Our Readers Advisory Service

Try SPEAKING VOLUMES, the library's free reader advisory service staffed by professional librarians trained to match the right books with the right readers. We can suggest both new and old titles you might find appealing, draw up personal reading lists, or show you how to find good reads on your own. This is a service you can't find at the mall!

To use Speaking Volumes, contact us in the way that suits you best:

Speaking Volumes on the Road - Besides offering one-on-one service, our reader advisors are available to offer booktalks at locations outside the library. With 30 days' notice, one of our staff can tailor a booktalk to the needs and interests of your group. Booktalks are great additions to meetings of service organizations, social clubs, church groups, senior citizens, book groups, educational organizations, and business groups.

Contact the reference desk for more information at 781-741-1405 x2650.
