Marcia Wilson, a teacher naturalist, and Mark Wilson, wildlife photographer, will introduce families to the owls of New England and beyond. Learn the field marks, signs, and naturalist’s skills that you can use to find owls without disturbing them, then meet some live owls up close!This program requires registration. Our Read to a Dog program provides a supportive environment to practice reading! Reading to trained therapy dogs helps develop literacy skills and builds confidence and self-esteem. Our canine friends are all wonderful, patient listeners who are looking forward to reading with you!
The program takes place each Saturday morning from 10:30-11:30. Reading sessions last 15 minutes and are for children ages 5 and up. Please reserve a spot by calling the Children's Department at 781-741-1405 ext. 1403.We hope you can join us! Our furry friends are looking forward to reading with you! For teens only in grade 6 and up. Looking for someone to play Magic: The Gathering with? Look no further! Come spend the afternoon playing a great game and making new friends! Magic newbies, beginners, and experts all welcome! There will be snacks. No registration necessary.
