The group has been playing together since April, 2019, and consists of Emilie Catlett on viola and vocals, Chris Janson on bass, and Isaac Lit on drums. Both Chris and Emilie received their Masters of Music from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, while Isaac received his Bachelor of Music from NYU. Together, the Cat-Lit ensemble performs their own arrangements of jazz, pop, and folk standards. They regularly play at different venues around Boston, including Eddy V's and the BeBop.
