I have read the library's policy governing Meeting Room Use and I understand and agree to comply with the regulations. This application is subject to the approval of the Library Director.

Confirmation: Your Meeting Room request is not complete until it has been confirmed by the library. If you have not received confirmation, please call the library at least 48 hours before the meeting date.

All organizations/groups and individuals will agree to hold the Library harmless from any loss, damage, liability, costs and/or expense that may arise during or be caused by the Library's facilities. Groups using the facilities agree to leave the room and equipment in the same conditions in which they found them prior to their meeting. Extra custodial costs or cost of damages incurred as a result of the meeting shall be paid by the applicant. Contents, topics, subject matter, point of view, opinions expressed and literature distributed at the meeting do not reflect either the approval or disapproval of the Hingham Public Library.

All applicable room use fees must be paid in full before the room will be confirmed.
