Using easy-to-understand concepts, without financial jargon, the program provides information, resources, learning activities and moderators to educate and create a safe and welcoming place for women to learn, share their experiences, and ask questions.This event will be held on Zoom. While companies are in a digital arms race to be the first to bring this technology into our everyday lives, it leaves many of us questioning. How can a computer create art and what does that mean for their human creators? When A.I. like ChatGPT and Bard search the internet for you, where are they going to get those answers? Will they always be right? Listen to technology librarian Robby St. John as she explains the basics on how A.I. technology is being used today, what are the pros and cons of such technology, and where it might be heading in this simplified overview.
