Participants will learn in depth features of the iPad's camera app, photo editing/sharing and how to link and share websites, photos and files. PART is an education program that teaches a variety of mind body techniques like meditation and mindfulness, positive and cognitive psychology, and lifestyle behaviors to help participants learn and practice more adaptive ways of managing stress as a way to increase overall wellbeing.
