Now that colder weather is officially here, start cozy season off right and join HPL's Knitting Club! This club is open to any teen in grades 6-12, no experience necessary. However, please note that no formal teaching will occur at Knitting Club. The YA Librarian will be available for basic knitting questions and a quick tutorial on a basic knit/purl stitch. This is a space for any teen knitters, beginners or advanced, to gather and work on their knitting projects together. No registration is required.

March is Women's History Month, so we're reading about women in history, both fiction and non-fiction! If that interests you, pick one of the 3 books below to read and come chat with us. Our YA librarian will also give participants a longer list of YA historical fiction she recommends, as well as some YA Irish authors to try! No registration is necessary, just drop in!

Calling all Anime enthusiasts! Anime Club is for teens who love Anime and Manga to meet other teens with the same interest. We'll talk Anime and Manga, watch some Anime, and maybe make some fun crafts. Open to teens in grades 6-12 - no prior knowledge needed, Anime newbies welcome! No registration required.

Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is here! TAB is a great way for teens to get more involved at the library, let your voice be heard, have fun, AND earn community service hours, too. No need to commit to coming every month, this is a drop-in club. This month we'll be working on our April book display as well as taking suggestions for summer 2023 library activities!
